Transfer Award

Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and at least 12 transfer credits. Award amount is dependent upon GPA.
LEAD Award
Description

Automatically awarded to students who are accepted to William Woods University.
Legacy Award
Description

Applicant must be the sibling of a concurrently enrolled sibling at William Woods University or be the dependent child of a William Woods University grandparent, parent, or sibling. Automatically awarded upon acceptance.
Athletic Award
Description

Applicant must demonstrate talent and skills in the areas of women's basketball, golf, soccer, softball, track/cross-country, or volleyball, or men's baseball, basketball, golf, soccer, track/cross-country, or volleyball. Selection is based upon discretion of each athletic coach.
Baptist Life Association Scholarship Grant
Description

Applicant must have had an insurance policy with Baptist Life for at least two years prior to the May 31 deadline. Selection is based upon academic ability, financial need, goals, and good character. Applicant must attend a Christian college or university.
UGA Foundation Fellowship
Description

Applicant must rank in the top 5% of class and have a minimum combined SAT score of 1400 (composite ACT score of 31). Selection is based upon academic achievement, extracurricular activities, leadership and community service, essay, personal statement, interview, and three letters of recommendation. Applicant must have a 3.7 GPA.
Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (LEAP)

Applicant must have a minimum 2.0 GPA, GED score of 45, or have a minimum composite ACT score of 20 (combined SAT Reasoning score of 940). Selection is made by post-secondary institution, which may have additional requirements.
ATU Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be an ATU member in good standing or the child or stepchild of a deceased member who was in good standing at the time of death, and be planning to enter their first year of post-secondary education for the first time. One Canadian and four U.S. scholarships will be awarded each year.
Abe Voron Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be enrolled at a BEA-member institution. Selection is based upon substantial evidence of superior academic performance and potential to be an outstanding contributor to radio. Applicant must demonstrate interest in the radio industry, high integrity, and personal and professional responsibility.
Congressional Fellowship on Women and Public Policy
Description

Awarded to graduate students or those who received a graduate degree within the previous 18 months with a proven commitment to equity for women; fellowship is for working one academic year as a congressional legislative aide in Washington, DC.
Arc Welded Design, Engineering, and Fabrication Award
Description

Applicant must submit a paper or report representing work on design, engineering, or fabrication problems relating to any type of building, bridge, or other generally stationary structure, any type of machine, product, or mechanical apparatus, or arc welding research, testing, procedure, or process development.
