Applicant must be enrolled in the Judith Herb College of Education. FAFSA (due by April 1) and Pell eligibility are required.
Robert Lavelle Scholarship

Applicant must be a traditionally underrepresented student enrolled in the College of Business Administration. Selection is based upon high school performance and test scores.
Helen Faison Scholarship

Applicant must be a traditionally underrepresented student enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences. Selection is based upon high school performance and test scores.
National Sculpture Society Scholarship

Applicant must submit a brief biography and explanation of sculpture background, two recommendations, and a CD of eight to 10 images of work. Financial need is required.

Illinois Future Teacher Corps Scholarship

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen and a legal resident of Illinois. Applicant must be enrolled or accepted for enrollment on at least a part-time basis as an undergraduate in a qualified teacher education program at an approved Illinois institution in a teacher shortage discipline. Preference is given to minority applicants.
The Lillian & Samuel Sutton Education Scholarship

Applicant must be an Education major and a United States citizen enrolled in an accredited college in the United States. NAACP membership and participation is highly desirable. Undergraduate applicants must be full-time and must possess a GPA of 2.5 (C+). Graduate applicants may be full or part-time students and posess a GPA of 3.0 (B). Renewals will not be automatic. William B. Schallek Memorial Graduate Fellowship Award

Bell Helicopter Whirly-Girls Scholarship

Applicant must be a woman, demonstrate financial need, and be a member in good standing of the Whirly-Girls. Award is to obtain Bell 206BIII Turbine training at the Customer Training Academy in Fort Worth, Tex.
