Executive Women International Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be attending a school located within the boundaries of a participating U.S. chapter. Selection is based upon academic achievement, leadership, and work experience.
Brewer and Wilson Scholarships
Description

Applicant must be the child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a military veteran. Financial need and proof of parent's, grandparent's, or great-grandparent's military service records are required.
Burlington Northern Santa Fe Foundation Scholarship
Description

Applicant must be a Native American with proof of tribal enrollment or a certificate of Indian blood, plan to attend a four-year, accredited educational institution full time, and live in one of the states served by the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Pacific Corp. and its affiliated companies.
Truman D. Picard Scholarship
Description

Applicant must have validated enrollment in a federally recognized Native American tribe or Native Alaska Corporation. Three letters of recommendation, letter of application, transcript, resume, and proof of application to an institution of higher education are required. Minimum award amount is for graduating high school seniors and maximum award amount is for college students.
CCNMA Scholarship

Applicant must be of Latino descent and be a California resident or be attending school in California. Essay, reference letters, transcripts, and samples of work required to be submitted. Selection is based upon commitment to a career in journalism, financial need, scholastic achievement, and community awareness.
LULAC National Scholarship Fund
Description

Applicant must be a United States citizen or legal resident who has applied to or is enrolled in a college, university, or graduate school, including two-year colleges, or vocational schools that lead to an associate's degree. Three types of awards are available: National Scholastic Achievement Awards, applicant must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and if student is an entering freshman, a minimum ACT score of 29 (SAT Reasoning score of 1350) is required; Honors Awards, applicant must have a minimum 3.25 GPA, and if the student is an entering freshman, a minimum ACT score of 23 (SAT Reasoning score of 1100) is required; General Awards, grades and academic performance will serve as indicators of potential; however, emphasis may be placed on the individual's motivation, sincerity, and integrity, which can best be revealed through a personal interview and in the personal essay. Need, community involvement, and leadership activities will also be considered.

Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Scholarship

Applicant must be an active member; dependent child of an active, retired, or deceased member; or an active member of the Student CTA of California Teachers Association. Applicant must be African American/Black, American Indian/Alaska Native, Asian/Pacific Islander, or Hispanic who is pursuing a college degree, credential, or certification for a teaching-related career in public education in an accredited institution of higher education.
